And we are off...
Q: What is your favorite brewing style?
A: A free beer! Other than that I don’t really have a favorite. It changes day to day.
Q: OK, then, how about your specialty. What is your specialty?
A: Porter and American IPAs
Q: Let's ruffle a few feathers here. What suggestions would you have for someone new to the craft brew scene?
A: Don’t listen to the beer snobs. Try everything and drink what tastes good to you.
Q: What excites you about beer?
A: Making it, designing it, drinking it, talking about it and watching someone enjoy what I’ve made.
(Writer's note: words from a true artist)
Last batch of questions (for now)
Q: What are some trends you are seeing in the craft brew community?
A: Explosive growth of small breweries. The more the merrier. Every community should have a local craft brewery.
Q: What got you interested in brewing?
A: I started hanging out in a newly opened brewery in Idaho Falls shortly after returning from a short tour as an Army consultant in Afghanistan.
